These mobility classes will have a special focus or intention for the class. They are 45 minutes and accessible to all levels.

MONTHLY MOBILITY CLASS
Join me Sunday, November 16th 12:30pm at The Practice (300 Prince Albert Rd., Dartmouth) for our monthly Mobility Fundraiser Class.
This month’s class will integrate breathwork with intentional movement to create fluidity in the body, reduce tension, and enhance overall movement quality. We will synchronize breath & movement to improve range of motion, stability, and relaxation.

Holiday card Workshop (Watercolours)
Join us Sunday, November 30th for an afternoon Watercolour Holiday cards class (1-3:30pm) with Freya Poirier. Freya will teach us a few watercolour techniques on a practice sheet before guiding us through our main creations. All levels are welcome. Art supplies will be provided but if you have your own that you would like to bring like brushes or an art journal, please feel free to bring them. There will also be snacks and non alcoholic beverages.Cost is $35.
