The Saltwatercure Fund holds monthly in-person Movement and Breath Events at The Practice . They are ‘Pay What You Can’ and all proceeds go to the Saltwatercure Fund.
These mobility classes will have a special focus or intention for the class. They are 45 minutes and accessible to all levels.

Waterclass Workshop w/ Freya Poirier

Sunday, February 8th (1:30-4pm) at 300 Prince Albert Rd, Dartmouth (2nd level boardroom). Freya is a Graphic Designer, Visual story teller, photographer and amazing teacher.
The class will start with a few watercolur techniques before Freya guide us through our main creation; a beach landscape.

This month’s focus is the feet—the foundation of all movement. We’ll reconnect with our feet through simple, intentional movements that improve mobility, strengthen foot muscles, and build better balance, helping you feel more grounded and move with greater ease.
