The Saltwatercure Fund holds monthly in-person Movement and Breath Events at The Practice . They are ‘Pay What You Can’ and all proceeds go to the Saltwatercure Fund.

These mobility classes will have a special focus or intention for the class. They are 45 minutes and accessible to all levels.

August’s theme is Roots & Glutes. We will build strength from the ground up, focusing on stability, mobility and functional strength. Our goal is to create a solid foundation through the feet, legs, hips / glutes to support balance and everyday movement.
