These mobility classes will have a special focus or intention for the class. They are 45 minutes and accessible to all levels.

This month’s theme, “Head, Heart & Hips” is a feel-good mobility class designed to release tension, improve movement quality, and reconnect you to your body from the inside out. We will focus on three key areas where we commonly hold stress and restriction: the neck and shoulders (“head”), the chest and upper spine (“heart”), and the hips.
You will leave class feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected – suitable for all levels.
