These mobility classes will have a special focus or intention for the class. They are 45 minutes and accessible to all levels.

SPRING FLOWERS WATERCOLOUR WORKSHOP
for our Spring Flowers Watercolour Workshop with Freya Poirier is SOLD OUT. For those in attendance here are the details:
Saturday, May 16th from 1–3:30pm at the Life Branch Church -10 Lancaster Dr, Dartmouth – Orange room. Please use side entrance.
During this workshop, you’ll explore watercolour techniques, experiment with colour mixing, and create your own spring-inspired floral painting to take home. All art supplies are included—just bring your creativity!

This month’s theme, “Playful with Props”, invites you to explore mobility in a fun, creative way using a variety of props. We’ll introduce simple tools that support you in moving with more ease, control, and awareness. The Props will act as guides and support, helping you discover new pathways in your body rather than forcing positions.
This class offers a relaxed, playful approach to building mobility – suitable for all levels.
