These mobility classes will have a special focus or intention for the class. They are 45 minutes and accessible to all levels.

FEET your FOUNDATION for Movement: Our feet are where every step begins, yet they’re often overlooked when it comes to mobility.
This class focuses on foundation/roots: exploring foot strength, mobility, balance, and connection to the rest of the body. Through intentional movement and gentle mobility work, we’ll wake up the feet, create connection to the roots and explore how foot awareness can influence the way we move from the ground up.

WINTER WATERCOLOUR with Freya
Join us Saturday, November 7th (1:00pm – 3:30pm) for WINTER WATERCOLOURS with Freya Poirier in support of the Saltwatercure Fund. The event will be held at Life Branch Church (10 Lancaster Drive, Dartmouth). We will be in the orange room again and access will be through the side entrance.
We will review some watercolour techniques and then dive into this beautiful winter landscape.
The cost is $35 and all proceeds go to the Saltwatercure Fund.
