The Saltwatercure Fund holds monthly in-person Movement and Breath Events at The Practice . They are ‘Pay What You Can’ and all proceeds go to the Saltwatercure Fund.
These mobility classes will have a special focus or intention for the class. They are 45 minutes and accessible to all levels.

Join us Sunday, July 19th @ 12:30pm at The Practice (300 Prince Albert Rd., Dartmouth) for our monthly Mobility Fundraiser Class.
July’s theme – Neck and Shoulders Reset. This month’s mobility class is all about giving your neck and shoulders the attention they deserve! We’ll begin with gentle movements to release tension and wake up the muscles in the neck, shoulders and upper back.
Then we’ll use playful, water-inspired movements to explore your range of motion, helping you discover new ways to move with ease and comfort. We’ll finish by playing with balance and coordination through dynamic movements that build confidence, stability, and body awareness.
